Hello and welcome. I am happy that you have found our website and hope you will find things here that will encourage and strengthen your friendship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
My role here is that of author and editor of the audio production of our Christian based fiction, Bloodmoons and the Crown; Signs, Serpents and the Musketeer’s Proclamation.
I am a sixty-something year-old man, (depending on when you are reading this) a dedicated Christian, and I have been writing unprofessionally for a number of years. As a believer, my focus is primarily that of a student of eschatology and Biblical criticism. I don’t write about the latter, quite frankly I’m not qualified, but we would like to share with you a story. A fictional account of those who find themselves living in the United States shortly before the rapture.
In my walk with Christ I have often struggled with what I can, (or should), do to serve God. Nothing I had tried previously seemed to be a perfect fit. Having never attended the seminary, it hadn’t occurred to me to turn my writing talents toward God. Weeks ago, as I write this in early 2025, that changed. So, it is my intention to write a continuing serial of books that deals very specifically with eschatology, or any of the other terms used colloquially. The End of Days, Armageddon, End Times, The Second Coming, The New Jerusalem, and of course The Apocalypse. Whatever you want to call it, this is a story about just that.
Though this is a work of fiction, all of the Bible verses, theological concepts, and eschatological projections are believed accurate and representational of the Premillenialist Protestant Christian view. That said, I most certainly do not claim that any of what is written here is prophetic in nature. I have no direct communication from our Lord, verbal or otherwise. Sure the Holy Spirit is alive within me, but it remains frustratingly silent when I ask for specifics about what things are going to be like in these Last Days. The only internal answer I get is “Read your Bible!”
This work is intended to be a wake-up call to everyone residing on our collective Big Blue Marble. Regardless of your spiritual faith, denomination, or personal walk, I hope to turn your attention to what may very well be a realistic portrait of what is Biblically promised to come.
The story has a highly defined purpose and, in an attempt to meet where people are today, it is written with specificity. To reach both the believer and the unbeliever. It is a work of Christian fiction, but we hope to awaken God’s Spirit in those who are searching for God’s plan in their lives.
There are any number of challenges for the Christian as well. Those who feel safe and have become complacent in their faith. Perhaps they have no idea what the Bible has to say to them, not as a church or group of like-minded believers, but a message or direction for them in a very personal way.
All of the characters you will meet in this story are a creation of the authors. They are not modeled after any person, living or dead, and are not intended as representational of anyone, past or present. They are, quite simply fictional characters. As this is a contemporary work set primarily in the United States, some organizations and or companies do exist in real life. It is the author’s intent to simply use them as the accepted canon of the times.
A word about Politics. Ten years ago I never would have imagined I would have to walk a field of land mines when writing a work of Christian fiction. But we have seen things happen today that would have been fantastical back then. It is not our intention to make political statements. With that in mind, this work could not be written responsibly without addressing some of the absolutely mind blowing episodes in both our domestic and international political environment. World leadership plays an integral part in Satan’s plans for his ultimate goal of man’s destruction.
This work is unapologetic in its use of violence, sexual situations, and the moral and social decay. Written responsibly, most every aspect of evil as it applies to human behavior is represented here. This may bother some, and if it makes you a bit uncomfortable, perhaps we have collectively turned away as if it isn’t really a part of our lives. But it is. Turn on the news for fifteen minutes and those uncomfortable things you hear or read about are present in the Bible as much as they are in this story. And, don’t think for a moment that it’s not going to get worse. There are things in store for us, the human race, that are much worse. The question is, will you be here when they do!
With that said, nothing written here is intended to be gratuitous, vulgar, or salacious. It is used only situationally and if you can look past the offense and see it for a depiction of where we are as a people, we hope you will understand.
I thank you in advance for your bravery to dive into something that might not be found at Disney studios or on the Hallmark Channel. The stories there are fine, even immensely entertaining. But, by and large, they are not real in the Biblical sense of what is to come. It is my goal to entertain, but like any good morality play, documentary, television series, film, song, poem, or Bible parable, there is a message. When we are talking about the overall destruction of humanity, it by its very nature is disturbing.
Are you ready for the Second Coming of Christ as foretold in your Bible? And, perhaps not so obvious… do you know what you should be looking for? Do the things happening today alarm you? Can you imagine how Satan will work in these Last Days and will he use the unbelievers and believing Christians alike to tear this world apart, both physically and metaphorically? Those are the themes we will be taking a look at in our story.
My hope and prayer is that you find the telling of the story Marc and I have put together entertaining and informative and will ultimately move you to look out your window every day and see the world for what it is and how it is changing for all of us.
Thanks for joining us.
May the Lord Bless You and Keep You

Greetings in Christ! My name is Marc Pemberton and I hope you are excited for what I think will be an enlightening experience of Christian entertainment and education. I would like to point out from the beginning that both the podcast and this website are for both the believer and non-believer alike. We want to reach out to everyone who knows the Lord and those who are seeking for that one thing that is missing in your life. Something that will truly set you free from the burdens of this world and hope for the future.
I’m new to the whole writing fiction thing, my background is much more focused on the study of Christian Theology, Biblical Greek, Cults masquerading as legitimate Christian Theology, and Comparative Religion. As a humble lay-person I have been teaching the Bible for over ten years.
With my theological understanding and Brady’s experience with writing fiction this has allowed for a great mash-up, as our skill-sets serve to complement one another. It’s been a good fit. This book wasn’t even the original plan. While teaching a Bible study we decided to try and create a comprehensive timeline for all of the foretold events of the End Times and it turned out to be an extensive project. It was the timeline that led us to the idea of writing a fictional account, but we wanted to approach it from a different perspective than that of the Left Behind series written by Tim Lahaye and Jerry Jenkins.
Like Brady, I too have never attended seminary. All of my knowledge is, at a primary level forward, self-taught. By seeking out and then validating the materials I found, and spending literally thousands of hours reading and learning, I discovered a love for sharing the gospel with others. I have also come to the understanding that there is an amazing complexity to God’s Word. It became necessary to not only wrap my head around what the Lord was showing me through the Bible, but then I had to learn how to best convey His message to others.
We will be spending some time outside of the fictional world we created and present you with some educational podcasts and blogs that focus on sharing with you some truths regarding the Bible and many of the terms we have come to understand in the context of Christian theology. Additionally we will look at the End Times Prophesy, specifically those told by the apostle John in Revelation. We want to give you not only some entertainment with a biblical theme, but also provide you with what God has shown us through his Word and what the Lord has told us in the Gospels.
In this work we maintain the orthodox beliefs of Christian theology and all its major tenets: The Trinity, the Substitutional Atonement of Christ, and Salvation Through Faith in Christ Alone. We also adhere to the Pretribulational view, which is where the rapture occurs before the tribulation begins, as well as the Premillennialist position. This is best described as when Christ returns to Earth in the physical and spiritual sense He will reign for one thousand years. And then the final battle will occur where Christ and his army will defeat Satan and there will be the final judgment at the Great White Throne.
While not directly quoted, the authorities used in the interpretation of the New Testament have been from The MacArthur New Testament Commentary, the extensive thirty-three book edition, not the single-volume work, and all of Les Feldick’s extensive teaching in eighty-six volumes. We decided to use these sources because they are widely known, and we have a deep respect for their dedication to critical Biblical interpretation.
All scripture quotation used in dialogue are from the New King James Version (NKJV). It is the author’s opinion that this version is theologically preferable, as it is an inclusive text. There are two main text types that translations are based on today, The Byzantine and the Alexandrian. Many of the more current translations are based on the Alexandrian type text, which excludes many verses without always referencing what was omitted. We chose the NKJV because it doesn’t omit any verse, but always references those verses that are omitted by other text types.
In closing I would like to say that we have worked hard not to make this work “preachy” nor do we take the approach of ramming Christianity into the listener’s conscience. That is not at all what this is about. It’s a story and with that story comes another story. Ours is creative fiction while the other, the one that truly matters, contains the real story, that of God’s message for us which is found in the Bible.
May the Lord Bless and Protect You,
Marc Pemberton
Lastly, I would like to address the use of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) in the production of this work. It is important to understand we do not, in any way, use A.I. as a tool for story creation. Every word you read or hear was written by either myself or Elijah and the story arcs and characters are ours alone. We do not use “suggestive” prompts to wiggle our way through the creative process.
The audio recording of the work is generative A.I. using a text-to-speech engine. While I hope it’s not too obvious, the voices you hear on the podcast are artificial. We chose to go this route for two reasons: time and expense. In order to record live, we would have had to hire a professional narrator. While we would have loved to do that, it simply isn’t in our budget. To be clear, there is no budget. Everything we do is completely out of pocket.
The second and more practical reason is time. One of the greatest benefits when using A.I. is there are no re-takes, out-takes, or the need for personal direction. A.I. is very good at reading exactly what is on the page with no flubs, it does not need to take breaks, and we don’t need a director or outside production team to clean it up. One afternoon, one take, about two hours of post-production and it’s ready to be put up for the listeners.
So, as a matter of transparency, there is Artificial Intelligence at work here, but only in the production sense, not in the writing.
Bridging ancient prophecy with modern storytelling. Delivering compelling content for believers and seekers alike.
